Job Profile

  • Complete Knowledge of Tally ERP9 and Tally Prime.
  • Complete Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum qualification
  • Minimum Experience of 5 Years.
  • Mandatory Notice period of 2 Months.
  • Signing of NDA and non compete clause.
  • Working Hours 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
  • Working Days Monday to Saturday.
  • Leaves allowed 20 days including all.
  • Pay scale - PM
Work Responsibility

  • Purchases Books to be maintained (Daily wise)
  • Sale books to be maintained (Daily Wise)
  • Job work books to be maintained
  • Expenses books to be maintained
  • TDS Entry to be Maintain in software and send to CA
  • Knowledge of GST filling.
  • Salary/Wages calculation and maintain complete records.
  • Stock data maintain.
  • Complete banking to be maintained.
  • Complete Coordination with CA for complete accounting work.
  • Preparing of Invoice, challans, Performa Invoice and Eway Bill.
