**Job Profile**:

- Draft purchase contracts and other documents adhering to processes and procedures
- Coordinate with Inbound logistics for timely process completion by handing over complete documents
- Timely and accurate ERP entries, report and record creation and updated price lists in a timely manner
- Create debit and credit note for suppliers based on valid claims pertaining to quality or shortage issues
- Ensure the authenticity of all claims related to imports with respect to quality, shortage, detainment, damage issue.
- Coordinate with Accounts team for timely completion of payments and procurement process
