Marketing Manager role is responsible for driving demand generation. It has a team of 2 people reporting to it. This role is a senior role which needs to work closely with the Commercial Leader to help create strategic marketing plan, drive execution of marketing campaigns. The position will also drive strategic projects for the business through key channels in the territory to support pipeline building and revenue generation activity for the South Asia Genetic and Clinical molecular market to enable revenue and STRAP growth.

Understanding Customer Needs:

Market Research - Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends in Molecular diagnostic / Biotech and Academics. Customer Segmentation : Identify target customer segments based on demographics, geography, and behavior to tailor marketing strategies.

Market Positioning and Branding:

Brand Development : Develop and strengthen the company's brand image in the market, emphasizing reliability, accuracy, and professionalism. Positioning : Figure out unique selling propositions of the diagnostic services and position the company in a way that differentiates it from competitors.

Marketing Strategy and Planning:

Marketing Plans Develop comprehensive marketing plans that include online and offline strategies, advertising, promotions, and public relations activities. Budget Management Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum value on marketing investments.

Digital Marketing and Online Presence :

Website and Social Media : Handle the company website and social media platforms to provide accurate information, engage with the audience, and build credibility. Online Advertising : Use online advertising methods such as Google Ads to target potential customers actively seeking diagnostic services.

Performance Analysis:

Data Analysis Use data analytics to measure the efficiency of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on performance metrics. Feedback Analysis : Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in services and communication. Analyse the local market, identify key pockets of growth, launch key NPI's, bring in modality focus and handle KOLs.
