Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service and Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen to provide exceptional service to our clients while driving sales initiatives. This position offers a hybrid working style, with responsibilities encompassing both on-site client support and sales activities.

Initially, the candidate will undergo a one-month training program in Indore, followed by a remote working arrangement covering the South Location, India.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle all client queries and technical issues promptly and effectively, both remotely and on-site.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and pursue up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver technical presentations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our
  • solutions.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of company products and stay updated on new developments to provide accurate technical assistance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve errors or issues encountered at customer installation sites, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive support.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, providing insights to enhance our offerings.
  • Assist in product testing and contribute to the development of technical documentation as needed.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical support or sales engineering role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings or training sessions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software for managing client interactions and sales activities.
  • Local Language is preferred for South India.
