Key responsibilities of an IT Project Manager include:

Process Implementation:
Taking ownership and responsibility for overall quality of deliverables.
Guide/Train teams in understanding QMS.
Conduct periodic audits to check the process adherence. Has to give feedback to Delivery Team about their specific quality issues.
Collect and analyze data. Identify and share best practices.
Implements on-going quality improvement processes working with various departments.

Training:
Training the teams on the technical document's usage.
Training resources on various concepts or process areas
Analyzing Training Feedback and propose required changes in Organizational training material.

Audit & Reporting:
Conduct audits to validate the Process

Compliance against the standards.
Planning and conducting Internal Audits for Temenos as per agreed scope
Ensuring Closure of Non-Conformances identified during Internal/External Audit on the QMS/ISMS/CMMI/SSAE16
Report to Mangers regarding the process health of various projects

Metrics Analysis:
Analyzing metrics data provided by departments/projects and work with the various Metrics Council's for continual improvement.
Suggest improvements and measurements to add value to the defined business objectives.
