• Responsible for the planning, design and delivery of the learning and development activities
• Coordinate development of all soft skills training, including career development activities to support our talent management programs
• Coordinate IDP process and ensure applicability to all employees
• Promote a culture of development with focus on talent management to ensure proper succession planning
• Coordinate and manage the entire performance management process
• Advise, coach and train line managers on performance management process
• Act as mediator for conflict resolution
• Assist in annual performance appraisal and variable bonus exercises and any projects assigned

• To contribute research, analysis and ideas to the development of the

HR strategy in order to ensure that organizational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals.

• Design and deliver OD and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support the ambition to be a high performing organization; to include initiatives which foster a highperformance culture, where valuing learning, continuous improvement and diversity are the norm.
• To identify opportunities for performance improvement through, for example, undertaking internal diagnosis, process/system reviews in order to understand barriers and possible solutions; conducting external research into good practice and new ideas.
• Ensure effective communication and consultation processes and to build staff engagement

• All departments based in India(ie. Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Customer Service, QA/RA, Sales and Marketing)

• Recruitment consultants, contract agency SPOCs, auditors,miscellaneous vendors etc
