Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive/Manager with a focus on Domestic IT Staffing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in client acquisition and relationship building within the IT industry.

The Role

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new clients to expand business opportunities.
  • Create, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements to drive revenue growth.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in client acquisition, business development, and securing new business opportunities.
  • Utilize various channels such as social media, networking events, and industry research to identify and qualify potential customers.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to account management, as an individual contributor.

Ideal Profile

  • Proficiency in business development strategies.
  • Exceptional client handling abilities.
  • Strong aptitude for lead generation and sales achievement.
  • Excellent written communication skills, particularly in email correspondence.
  • Experience in international sales and demand generation.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous success in technology sales is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage the entire sales process from lead generation to account management.
  • Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn for business development purposes is a must.
