Senior Executive – Fund Raising

Job Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement donor acquisition and retention strategies to meet fundraising goals
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with current and potential donors
  • Coordinate donor stewardship efforts to ensure that donors feel valued and appreciated
  • Plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns, including direct mail and online giving campaigns
  • Develop and maintain accurate donor records in the organization's donor management system
  • Ensure that all donor communications are timely, accurate, and effective
  • Collaborate with other staff members to identify fundraising opportunities and create compelling donor appeals
  • Prepare reports and analyze donor data to inform fundraising strategies and decision-making
  • Monitor trends in fundraising and donor relations and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Represent the organization to donors, volunteers, and other stakeholders at events and meetings.

Eligibility :

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., nonprofit management, communications, marketing, business).
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in fundraising or donor relations, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to cultivate relationships with donors and collaborate with staff members
  • Knowledge of donor management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to the mission and values of the organization.
