What you'll be doing:

  • Leading and expanding the sales function for Project and Development Services (PDS) in India.
  • Driving revenue growth and cultivating strong client relationships.
  • Developing innovative business growth plans tailored to the India PDS landscape.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize client needs.
  • Building lasting client relationships and maximizing business opportunities.
  • Pioneering the adoption of technology and sustainability in project management.
  • Utilizing your expertise in design and construction to deliver exceptional projects.
  • Exhibiting resilience, strategic thinking, and leadership qualities in a fast-paced environment.

Your Expected Experience:

Experience in leading large projects within the design and construction domain, particularly in the Asia Pacific region. Proficiency in various aspects of the project development cycle, including design management, project management, and cost control. A track record of delivering design and technical services for international projects.
