Job Summary:
As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the sales of real estate properties, fostering client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
You will utilize your excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and negotiation abilities to connect with potential buyers, showcase properties, and guide clients through the sales process.
The role requires a proactive and results-oriented approach, as well as a deep understanding of the real estate market and trends.
- *Key Responsibilities**:1.
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and cultivate potential clients through various channels such as networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences, and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
Property Presentation:
- Showcase properties to potential buyers, highlighting key features and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Prepare and present compelling property proposals to clients.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients to secure favorable deals for both buyers and sellers.
- Guide clients through the closing process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide clients with uptodate market information and insights to support their decisionmaking process.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
- Follow up with clients posttransaction to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Set and achieve sales targets in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all transactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
The role may require flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate client schedules and attend real estate events.

Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
