  • Ensure the machinery & Equipment are maintained as per the PM schedule and are operating to optimum efficiency.

  • Ensure timely CAM billing, submitting to the Association and collection.
  • Prepare CAM Budget, review every Quarter, ensure optimum utilization.
  • Check and process invoices raised by vendors.

Documentation and Compliance

  • Ensure review of all Statutory compliance & license.
  • Ensure all documents, Drawing, certificates are kept in safe custody.
  • Any new noting during renewal is addressed and implemented in a timely manner.
