As a Product Manager (PM), you will be responsible for defining and delivering key product features. You will work closely with the head of product management, sales, customer success, UX/UI designers, and engineering teams to provide direction, guidance, and support. The PM role requires in-depth product knowledge and an understanding of the business workflows and features relationship.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage platform and product roadmap, executing current priorities while supporting future strategy planning.
- Translate requirements of large data initiatives into smaller actionable items.
- Work on integrating customer data via API integrations, data processing, analysis, algorithm implementation, and UI/UX enhancements.
- Define and drive real-time and custom dashboard needs, generating proactive and prescriptive insights for customers.
- Collaborate with customers to understand new requirements and enable customer success teams for enhanced service.
- Translate requirements of large data initiatives into smaller actionable items
- Write user stories and conduct grooming sessions with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Data Science, Design, QA).
- Prioritize and track progress to deliver a high-quality experience to customers.
- Define and track quarterly goals for the Squad.
- Champion data literacy within the organization and drive adoption rates.
- Track usage to identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct market assessments, user interviews, and testing.
- Define and track quarterly goals for the Squad
- Demonstrate strong project management skills to ensure delivery commitment with quality.
- Make objective arguments to influence stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders to align squad initiatives with the organization's priorities.

**Profile Requirements**:

- BA/BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Background in Construction Architecture is advantageous.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate product requirements into design concepts, wireframes, mock-ups, and detailed graphic designs.
- Minimum of 3 years of product management experience, including hands-on experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) product management and delivery; Experience in Enterprise B2B is highly desirable.
- Strong background in data analytics, with the ability to creatively translate business needs into engaging output. Proficiency in business intelligence/reporting tools, along with experience in data analysis and report writing.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to influence at all levels and across various departments.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Experience in designing web products, coupled with a solid understanding of web technology.
