We are seeking an Officer – Sales Support located in Chennai.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

- Manage RFQ process through SFDC - FY Budget preparation - Monthly updates: SIOP, HIS, RM & Sales report - Manage PDMS4 for creating RFQ, SOR, Project code creation - Manage Account receivables and follow-ups - Manage JEPL ERP (PC soft) for customer data creation - Credit and Debit Notes (Cal support and Upload) across all segments - Market Analysis and report preparation - Credit limit request and approval follow-up - Sample follow-up for JEPL & group - Monitor customer schedules and forecasts

Education and Experience:

  • Graduate in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with 2-4 years or DEE / DME with 5-8 years relevant experience in Auto component Industries, preferably in DC motor manufacturing industries or auto electric / electronics products manufacturing companies such as Dongyang, Mitsuba, Denso, Bosch, Lucas TVS, Taigene, Igarashi, Woory, Mabuchi.
  • Skills / Knowledge: Knowledge and experience in Sales activities for electrical motors or auto electric products in India.
  • Desired Candidate: Female
  • Familiarity with the Indian auto market
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office software (XL / Word / Ppt)
  • Working knowledge in Power BI is preferred
  • Familiarity with Tamil & English language; Hindi language is a plus
