Position Overview:
Wizdom is seeking a talented PR Consultant to join our remote team.

As a PR Consultant at Wizdom, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategic public relations initiatives to enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience.

This is a remote position, offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to elevate the Wizdom brand and promote our key messages.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, industry influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Create compelling press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials to generate media coverage and brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for strategic PR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all communications channels.
  • Manage media inquiries and interview requests, and coordinate media interviews and appearances for company executives.
  • Handle crisis communication and manage any PR issues that may arise in a timely and effective manner.
  • Plan and execute virtual events, webinars, and press briefings to engage media and stakeholders.
  • Track and report on PR metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 34 years of experience in public relations, with a focus on media relations, press releases, and branding.
  • Strong network of media contacts and industry influencers.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative PR campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in PR software and tools, such as Cision, Meltwater, or similar.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus.
