Responsibilities:
Reviewing and marking up agreements with a focus on commercial contracts and non-disclosure agreements;
Creating contract templates and standard terms & conditions;
Document collation, version control and document review;
Database entry/coding, database searching and database maintenance;
Proofreading of documents including contracts, agreements and transcripts;
Legal research (manual or electronic);
Creating and populating tables, schedules and agendas incl. supplier registration requests/questionnaires
Prepare legal reports and evaluations, e.g. for due diligence
Execute and support legal training.
Assist with process improvement initiatives incl. Process

mapping, participate in workshops, conduct follow-ups, provide project support in cross functional projects
Support IT-Initiatives of our Legal Department, e.g. Contract Lifecycle Management software, "AI-Teaching" and providing digital support to internal clients

Skills:
