Sales and Marketing Executive (Industrial Sector)

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis and Strategy
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals and expand market share.
  • Analyze market data to inform and adjust sales tactics and marketing campaigns.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial sector.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to key decisionmakers.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions and technical support.
  • Ensure open communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates promptly.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Develop promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  • Manage social media accounts and other digital marketing channels to increase brand visibility.

Product Knowledge and Technical Support:

  • Provide technical assistance and training to customers on product usage and best practices.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using CRM software.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the management team to refine strategies and improve processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the industrial sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and
  • Familiarity with CRM software is beneficial.
  • Highly organized, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fastpaced and everchanging business environment.
