Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients, including healthcare facilities, physicians, employers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and key decisionmakers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients about our physiotherapy services and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and clinical staff, to coordinate sales efforts and support customer needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management to track performance and evaluate sales strategies.
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the hospital's presence and generate leads.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and product/service enhancements to drive continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to ethical and professional standards of conduct, including compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on achieving results and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of physiotherapy or healthcare services is a plus.
