Talent Acquisition Specialist to effectively meet our Client Technology Training needs.

• Endtoend IT/Technology Sourcing/Recruitment
• Understand the Client IT / Technology Training needs
• Develop an understanding about the Technology and create strategy to Source best trainer /Consultant from different Professional platforms and Job Portals.
• Use different Professional Networking platforms and Job Portals effectively to source the best trainer
• Evaluate & Assess the Trainer/Consultant on different parameters, such as
• Working Experience, Technology Expertise, Training Experience etc.
• Negotiate with the Trainer/Consultant as per the allocated budget.
• Identifying Backup Trainer/Consultant for each training program to avoid any last minute challenges.
• Creating the Database/Pool of IT /Technology Consultants and Trainers on regular basis.
• Building a strong relationship with the Trainers/ Facilitators/Consultants.

Salary:
From ₹16,000.00 per month
