Your key deliverables will be...

  • The Content Producer is a member of the international Piaggio Studios team within the Global Marketing and Communications Department.
  • The role, therefore, has both local responsibilities (generating content to support the Piaggio Group business in India, funded by PVPL) and international responsibilities (managing international content that appeals to a global audience, funded by Piaggio Studios HQ).
  • Liaises between Brand and Content teams in HQ (Italy) and the Marketing team of PVPL (India).
  • Supports the continued expansion of the creative and global reach of Piaggio Studios by driving new and better ways to collaborate within the regional offices and across teams
Local Responsibilities for PVPL

  • Coordinated by the Head of Marketing, develops and produce products – and brand – focused content across all brands for physical, digital, and social use, with the aim of connecting the brands to an Indian audience, elevating the brand perception, and positively impacting regional business and sales.
  • Oversees and executes content creation of all local communication activities and events, including but not limited to digital content creation, content creation with Magazines, product photo shoots, video productions, event coverage, and print campaign key visuals.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to manage creative activities in line with strategic corporate objectives, including identifying and contracting vendors, researching talent, negotiating contracts, and adhering to budgets and deadlines.
  • Ensures content is tailored to Global standards of quality, look, tone and purpose.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to manage the daytoday content output across local PVPL channels (Digital and Social).
  • The main POC for external production partners and agencies, guiding them in content development and creative production to ensure productions meet desired qualitative standards.
  • Present on relevant sets/shoots, particularly for production developed and funded by PVPL.
  • Responsible for the creative behind all market – specific content: from development to publication
  • Oversees copy of all local social and digital channels.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Digital, Brand, Events, Market) to improve content output.
  • Stay uptodate with content trends and increase knowledge sharing within the company as well as with market on what's happening in the media landscape as well as best practices.
  • Take part in informative and motivational workshops, presenting content on occasion.
  • Support line managers in creative and administrative tasks
Global Responsibilities for Piaggio Studios

  • Responsible for the creative development and production of new branded content, with the aim of creating entertaining, engaging content that reflects and elevates the value of Piaggio Group brands on the global level.
  • Explores ideates, and develops HQ – funded original content format that can be utilize across all brands and territories, with a particular focus on highly visuals, brand elevating and story – driven and character – led content.
  • Content will include shortform social content, midform documentary, serialized animations, graphics, animations and lifestyle photography or brand campaigns.
  • Coordination of HQ productions happening in India (planning, operations, being present on location).
  • Acts as point of contact for external production partners and agencies, guiding them in content development and creative production to ensure productions meet qualitative standards.
  • Ensures original creative content effectively resonates internationally.
  • Guides English language copy, tonality, dialogue, and finetuning copy when needed.
  • Liaises with internal departments, including HQ, to streamline the creative review process and delivery.
  • Supports the Piaggio Studios team in the creative development of select HQfunded content not produced in India.
Measurement of Success

  • Impact of new social media campaigns for social platforms in terms of impressions, engagement and clicks (where applicable, prebookings and ecommerce sales)
  • Increase output of new content formats
  • Improvement of content quality and international relevance of PVPL projects (qualitative evaluation)
  • Increase brand love and audience engagement through Englishlanguage content.
Experience Needed

  • 7+ years in an international media company, brand, or agency.
  • Production experience across all types of contentcopy, film, photography, and graphic design
  • Proven experience in content ideation and development with Premium and Luxury brands
  • A passion / affinity for the automotive world
  • Personal passion for social media, content, brands, and storytelling
  • Knowledge of emerging platforms and digital trends.
  • A curiosity for culture and the outdoors, and a passion for people and stories
  • Team player who can operate independently & think strategically.
  • A creative selfstarter, with a drive to ideate and create new content.
  • International mindset and experience, with an established network
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding project management skills:
  • Organized and flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Excellent IT skills in general, with a particular focus on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Photoshop, Premiere or Final Cut a plus.
  • Fluency in English
