Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of 12th grade or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center operations will be an advantage, but freshers are also welcome to apply.
  • Basic computer proficiency,Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Salary Range:

Non-Premium:
INR 13,000 to INR 15,000 CTC per month

Premium:
INR 14,000 to INR 18,000 CTC per month
