Job Responsibility:

  • Should be able to quickly understand the process and be able work on Xceptor.
  • Work with Fund accounting and brokers to ensure data is loaded correctly.
  • Working on mapping new files on Xceptor. Assist in new onboardings
  • Maintain strong controls in close partnership with internal functions and in accordance with company policies and regulatory changes

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • Experience in working on exchange traded as well as OTC trades.
  • Working experience in Xceptor, Tableau or advanced MS Excel skills
  • A good understanding of financial and business data such as: reference data, pricing, account data, positions & transactions, fund data, investment performance data, market vendor data.
  • Proven endtoend problemsolving skills with the ability to solve large, complex business problems, obtain consensus and involves in organizational transformation
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills with clear communication
  • Strong Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate internally & externally and at all levels. Good verbal and written communication skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Master's degree or equivalent preferably with a major Finance, Commerce.
  • 10+ years of Experience in Fund administration, reconciliation or data management
