What You'll Do:

  • Manage all communication, data, updates, and followup related to Recruitment.
  • Review and update all Job Postings globally.
  • Handle review and processing for recruitment incentives
  • Interview Scheduling, coordination, and followup for specific projectbased hiring
  • Manage all Operations related to particular project hiring on the ATS and in Google Drive
  • Maintained all data pertaining to specific projects and provided reports as per requirements.

What You Know:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Should have interest in working in a Recruitment team as a Coordinator / Operations related role.
  • Good Knowledge of using Microsoft Office and G-Suite
  • Ability to multitask and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • A robust operational mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fastpaced work environment.
