Position Summary: We are seeking an energetic and motivated Recruitment Executive to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition. The Recruitment Executive will support the end-to-end recruitment process and help identify top talent for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to source and attract potential candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
