ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Managing Front Office. Manage phone calls and correspondence
- Supervising inward and outward courier maintained by the housekeeping
- Arranging conference rooms for meeting
- Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance and maintaining office hygiene
- Managing daytoday activities that are related to the maintenance of the office. Coordinating with plumber, electrician, and carpenters.
- Handling travel arrangements
- Managing Inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Attending and ordering printing requirements like Business Cards, envelopes, letterheads, and other office stationery
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the leadership team
- Create and update records and databases related to Administration and HR
- Supporting HR team with the cultural activities and arrangements
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned.
ABOUT YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 47 years of proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited program required.
- Strong Microsoft skills, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Experience in handling multiple tasks under pressure with mínimal supervision
- Under limited direction, performs routine assignments; limited exercise of judgment on details of work and adaptation of alternatives; may include assignments of a higher level
