reputed Auto-ancillary Company having annual revenue of approx. ₹350 cr+ We've been retained to look for Chief Financial Officer to strengthen top management team

LOCATION –

Bengaluru,

Karnataka, India

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1.

Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts.2.Provide insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plan of organization.3.

Evaluate departments and make suggestions for automating processes and increasing working efficiency.4. Communicate, engage and interact with Board of Directors, CEO, COO and Executive Leadership Team.5.

Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth and expansion.6.Serve as a key member of executive leadership team and round table discussion panel.7.Implement policies, procedures and processes as deemed appropriate by senior leadership team.8.Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting reports including monthly profit and loss by division, forecast vs.

budget by division and weekly cash flow by division.9.

Review and analyze monthly financial results and provide recommendations.10Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls, SOX compliance and financial procedures.11 Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting data for federal funders, foundations, investors and company's board of directors.12 Ensure compliance regarding all financial functions.13 Oversee the month-end close process, constantly reviewing procedures while eliminating inefficiencies.14Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors; Manage preparation and support of all external audits.15 Manage cash flow planning process and ensure funds availability.16 Maintain outstanding banking relationships and strategic alliances with vendors and business partners.17 Engage finance committee and/or board of directors to develop short term and long term plans, projections and budgets.,Represent company to banks, financial partners, institutions, investors, public auditors and officials.18 Overseeing and driving monthly Financial Performance.

,Ensuring best possible rating with credit rating agencies.19 Managing and Mitigating Business and Financial Risks., Arranging funds from Banks and other financial institutes to ensure optimizing the cost of money.

,Communicating with external stakeholders like Statutory Auditors, Rating Agencies, the Stock Exchanges, SEBI, GST, Income Tax and other statutory authorities.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15+ years of experience from manufacturing industry, preferably from

listed

Auto-ancillary, Chemicals,Cement, Textiles, etc.
