Job Description:
We are searching for a dedicated and skilled Business Development/Sales Specialist to become part of our expanding team.

The perfect candidate will have a solid sales and business development background, exceptional communication abilities, and the capacity to nurture solid client relationships.

This position demands a strategic planner who can pinpoint fresh business prospects, negotiate agreements, and contribute to our expansion strategy.

Candidates should be capable of working Eastern Time hours for effective coordination with our team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Manage and enhance relationships with current clients
- Perform market research to recognize trends and customer requirements
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and reports
- Collaborate with the marketing team to craft promotional materials
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and endorse our platform
- Meet or surpass sales targets and goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
- Demonstrated background in sales, business development, or a similar position
- Sound knowledge of the Bermuda market
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Capability to work autonomously and within a team setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong organizational and time management proficiencies
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Capability to work Eastern Time hours

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the tech or e-commerce sector
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies
