Business Development Specialist

Title: Business Development Specialist
Location: New Delhi (Onsite/Remote)
Duration: Full-time
Responsibilities :
• Actively engage in hunting new business opportunities within IT, RPO, Admin, Legal, Finance, and Healthcare staffing sectors.
• Forge and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including Chief Procurement Officers, Contingent Workforce Category Managers, Diversity Managers, etc.
• Attend contingent workforce industry conferences to network and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Develop compelling presentation decks and case studies to showcase our business capabilities.
• Represent the company by speaking at contingent workforce industry events.
• Effectively manage P&L for MSP accounts.
• Contribute to the development of marketing outreach campaigns and lead generation strategies.
• Provide inputs for the creation of marketing collateral.
• Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , etc., to identify and pursue sales leads.
• Oversee onsite and offshore account managers for existing MSP accounts.
• Utilize industry-recognized CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and track client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in staffing sales.
- Deep understanding of organizational procurement structures such as Chief Procurement Officer, Contingent Workforce Category Manager, Diversity Manager, etc.
- Prior experience working with MSP partners such as Allegis, Pontoon, Kelly, etc.
- Experience in completing RFI/RFP's.
