We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our Commercial team at [Company Name].

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with key accounts of the sales team, spanning both managed services and self-serve offerings. Your main focus will be collaborating with clients to address their business requirements.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client-facing account management and operations within the digital/programmatic media sector.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, delving deep into campaign strategies and executions.
  • Demonstrates strategic thinking, always seeking to create mutually beneficial opportunities for both clients and Quantcast.
  • Enjoys technical troubleshooting, such as pixel implementation, and excels at proposing effective solutions to meet client needs while maximizing value.
  • Passionate about programmatic media and eager to engage with a diverse range of clients (including agencies and direct) across APAC.
  • Eager to enhance presentation skills and comfortable with public speaking.
  • Proven track record in working with campaign reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client servicing within your designated portfolio, overseeing end-to-end campaign management, troubleshooting, reporting, optimizations, and recommendations.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to maximize advertiser spend and cultivate lasting relationships with clients.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new accounts across managed services and self-serve platforms.
  • Collaborate with clients to grasp their business and brand goals, offering expert campaign setup solutions and data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales and Engineering) to ensure seamless campaign setup and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Provide platform support to internal and external stakeholders, resolving technical issues efficiently.

Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and problem-solving.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in troubleshooting Ad-Servers, integrations, and tag implemented platforms.
