The role
- You'll work with a range of stakeholders, utilise the latest technology, analyse performance and development needs, use evidencebased practice, and effectively communicate your ideas.
- You'll be supported by the Global Maritime Training Services team at every turn a team of learning and development specialists with a continuous improvement mindset always looking for the next opportunity to support our clients.
- You'll make learning easy, accessible, relevant, and impactful to our clients.
What you bring
- You'll have experience working to deadlines, are comfortable crafting solutions within project constraints, and have experience taking projects from concept to implementation.
- You'll also need to be comfortable consulting with colleagues in the business regularly promoting best practice and influencing stakeholders.
- Skills in graphic design and some experience working with a learning experience platform are desirable (but not essential).
