Job description
This profile is the primary point of contact for customers. She/he will be responsible for the list of accounts in the region with a defined sales target.


A BDM will ensure enhanced customer experience, coordinate with the various teams as well as work towards acquisition of new leads in addition to managing the existing ones as well.


  • Work closely with the Business Development /Lead gen executives
  • Daily customer engagement over the phone
  • Speedy & accurate information/ solution t be provided to customers
  • Lead generation and Conversions
  • Helping with the licensing queries
  • Sending Proposals, Order Processing and Payment Followups
  • Licensing Certifications
  • Achieve the revenue target
  • Ensure & work towards Brand Recall value with customers
  • Maintain good relationship with customers & increase customer satisfaction
Requirement

  • University degree
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience into the Inside Sales/IT Sales
  • Good Understanding of the Cloud Business
  • Delivering Customer Satisfaction (internally and externally)
  • Employee Satisfaction & team Management skills
