  • Responsibilities_:
  • Chat and

Call Support:

Engage with customers via live chat and phone calls to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and efficiently.


  • Problem Resolution: Listen attentively to customers' issues, analyze their needs, and provide effective solutions or escalate to the appropriate team if necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain indepth knowledge of our products and services to accurately answer customer queries and provide relevant information.
  • Qualifications_:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (fresher with no experience are welcome to apply).
  • Communication Skills: Proficient in English with clear and effective written and verbal communication.
  • Empathy: Ability to empathize with customers and maintain composure during challenging interactions.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to identify root causes and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Multitasking: Capable of handling multiple chats or calls simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
