Role Summary:

  • Engage with Strategic Partners & Influencer community including Architects, Builders, ELV/Electrical Team in EPC and Construction companies, MEP consultants & PMCs, Design & Build executors, Security Consultants.
  • Responsible for fostering business growth in line with the company's vision.
  • Identify, develop, and nurture business partners within specified categories through regular visits and training sessions.
  • Provide technical and business support to Strategic Alliance partners.
  • Organize product demos at end clients' locations in collaboration with Partners.
  • Cultivate relationships with target organizations to drive business development.
  • Enhance brand recognition in the market to boost sales and revenues.
  • Analyze business potential and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new business partners and gather competitor insights.
  • Strengthen relationships with systems integrators, consultants, and end-users to expand Spectra solutions' utilization.
  • Recommend appropriate technology solutions and specifications.
  • Generate and follow-up on project leads in assigned regions.
  • Participate actively in tender specifications and conversion.

Direct Revenue Responsibilities:

  • Expand Spectra's reach to untapped enterprises.
  • Acquire strategic end-user sales and project opportunities.
  • Build long-term relationships with end-users and Influencer communities.
  • Assist in deploying Key End-user programs aligned with individual needs.
  • Provide educational briefings for end-users and conduct seminars.
  • Represent Spectra in industry events and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate business expansion strategies.
  • Assist in region-specific business development activities.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of industry experience in Electrical, ELV, CCTV, BMS products.
  • Strong contacts with Specifiers and a background in the security or IT industry.
  • Excellent Presentation, Negotiation, and Public Speaking Skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and manage priorities effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a result-oriented approach.

Key Result Areas:

  • Establishing contact with Specifiers and conducting successful Demos.

  • Number of successful demos conducted, project volumes, response time to queries, and revenue augmented from Key Accounts.
