Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Engineer Civil at Wow Construction & Interior in Gurugram. As a Sales Engineer Civil, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, managing client relationships, and coordinating with the construction and design teams. You will be involved in day-to-day sales operations, including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and project coordination. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the growth of the company.

Position Title: Sales Engineer Civil

Job Description:

The Sales Engineer Civil is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the civil engineering sector. They will develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand existing customer base, and achieve sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of civil engineering products and services, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales objectives within the civil engineering sector.

2. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.

3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Sales Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts and budgets based on market trends, customer feedback, and historical data.

5. Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of civil engineering products and services offered by the company and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.

6. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.

7. Team Management: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Provide training, guidance, and support to enhance their performance.

8. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, engineering, and operations to coordinate sales efforts and ensure seamless execution of projects.

9. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, including sales activity, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts, for management review.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree may be preferred.

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the civil engineering or construction industry.

Strong understanding of civil engineering products, services, and market dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.

Proficiency in sales and CRM software.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.

Working Conditions:

The role may require frequent travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit project sites.

Work hours may vary and may include evenings and weekends to accommodate client meetings and deadlines.
