Senior Partnership Manager

Are you passionate about managing relationships with clients? If your response is a resounding yes, then we are hunting for you.

As a Senior Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for managing the relationships with our international Compass markets, either directly yourself or through partnership managers who will report directly to you. You will be accountable for the deployment of all SmartQ technologies within your region and will be working closely with the SmartQ product team to ensure the products mobilized are fit for purpose and issues are resolved within SLAs. Having a strong growth mindset and being naturally a people person, you will have a problem-solving approach to the scale-up challenges and will be supporting the market in sensibly driving their digital strategy across a portfolio of sites. Understanding food service operations and having expert product knowledge will help ensure the best solutioning is put forward. As an ambassador for digital enablement, you will ensure learnings and best practices to be documented. You will also develop processes that maximize team efficiency and champion internal process adherence.

Key roles and responsibilities

  • Gaining understanding of local mobilisation plans and pipeline of special projects to adapt support, accordingly, offering guidance and advise on solutioning.
  • Communication to key stakeholders on changes impacting the products.
  • Facilitating product demonstrations on and sharing best practice on applications.
  • Understanding the market's digital strategy, local opportunities, and challenges.
  • Help define and execute the strategies to achieve scaling targets set by the market.
  • Proactively trouble-shooting local blockers to scaling with in-market stakeholders.
  • Help markets achieve templated approaches to mobilisations and strategies for ongoing business excellence that consider local processes and systems.
  • Supporting discovery and definition of local market development requests whilst encouraging solutions to be found through product configuration and operational change in-unit rather than full software development
  • Supporting markets in building the appropriate support model to enable scale.
  • Creation of support documentation.
  • Reporting frontline feedback to Product team to continuously improve products.
  • Collaboration with Product, Engineering, Release, and QA teams in the product development process – and especially in the gathering of requirements and discovery phases.
  • Coordinating fixes for issues and bugs within SLAs and sharing RCAs for P1 items.
  • Facilitating all appropriate levels of training to enable smooth solution delivery.
  • Help markets achieve better UAT outcomes for pre-production feature release by aligning and co-ordinating local resources to test and sign-off acceptance.
  • Supporting the deployment in market of new functionalities and features.
  • Driving product knowledge and expertise within the Partnership & Support team, in close collaboration with the Product team.
  • Tracking and monitoring channel adoption and usage.
  • Identify and document relevant case studies and support documentation.
  • Raising awareness on tactics to help drive adoption and usage in-market.
  • Proactively and continuously seeking to understand how the Time2Eat platform is impacting business performance
  • Building trust and strong relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Leading by example and supporting team achieve their full potential.
  • Internal stakeholder management to ensure team is set up for success.
  • Continuously seeking to keep up to date with product enhancement and changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field would be beneficial – but relevant professional experience is what is most valued.
  • 8+ years of professional experience including consulting, ideally at an international level.
  • 5+ years of management experience with a background in technology delivery. Operational experience in food services or Food tech would be a bonus.
  • Openness to international travel as some may be required.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience of successful stakeholder management and ability to deliver results through influence.
  • Strong growth and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proven track record of Identifying, pursuing, and unlocking new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail with a passion for great service and products.
  • Experience in business process development and optimization.
