This is the top sales position with responsibility for the direction and management of the sales activities of the Automotive Business in India.

Directs the development of sales plans, strategies, objectives, policies, and procedures that conform to broad corporate marketing objectives. Manages field sales offices, inside sales, customer service functions, and/or the organization's relationship with distributors' and manufacturers' representative organizations.
BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or Engineering; MBA a plus.
8+ years sales experience with Strong customer interaction.
Prior experience in Embedded Automotive.
Ability to elaborate and demonstrate a track record of success.
Demonstrated knowledge of sales and marketing principles and concepts.
Excellent written and oral communication as well as effective presentation skills.
Ability to present business plans and sales strategies to senior and executive management.
Skill in opportunity development and opportunity identification, strategic selling, pursuit and capture planning are essential.
Strong negotiation skills and customer relationship building skills are critical.
Strong drive to learn new technologies and offerings.
Demonstrated leadership traits, with past cross functional leadership experience a plus.
