Risk and quality Management.
- RQM Operations Analyst to manage various critical and important activities related to Risks and Operations to meet global requirements and reporting the same to RQM Director.
- Task includes data gathering, MI preparation and presentation, obtaining management approval where required, governance packs preparation, end to end follow up and records management.
- Proactively identify enhancements to our business unit's ways of working & support continuous improvement.
- Participate in crossfunctional teams to drive process improvement initiatives and ensure their successful implementation.
Primary Responsibilities:
Risk and quality Management.
- Preparation of Governance and Executive meeting packs for meetings managed/led by RQM including recording minutes/ actions.
- This would be across all Legal Entities (Entity Boards, UK&I Ops Exec, Risk & Governance Forum in UK, Global Risk & Governance Forum).
- Support preparation of GRE Quarterly Top Risk Review meeting with senior management.
- Manage and report Complaints referenced to RQM mailbox, including creating and maintaining any SOP documents.
- Support First Line Risk Events Coordinator for managing and reporting risk events across GRe Global.
- Manage any Conflict of Interest referenced in mailbox/ Navex system and report in lines with agreed protocols.
- Manage and report CPD and Mandatory Training completion to various BU forums.
- Work along with RQM director in Organising workshops, agendas action plans and outputs for RQM led meetings and forums.
- Support RQM director with RQM Dashboards for OpsExec presentations.
- Analyse the endtoend process and introduce process improvements in OT3 (as applicable) to enable processes to perform efficiently and reliably, ensuring service levels are maintained.
- Design Operational Development Program for the leadership and wider teams to enhance skills and capabilities in driving operational excellence.
- Reduce cost through eliminating inefficiencies, optimizing processes and leveraging automation / AI.
- Drive on operational improvements /excellence as means to enhance client experience and continuous improvement culture.
Secondary Responsibilities :
Facilitating Calendar Invites.
Managing RQM Mailbox.

- Demonstrate experience in supporting endtoend process improvement projects.
- Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and changing Should be aware of relevant Compliance and Regulatory guidelines for the business.
Placing, Billing, Claims, Pro rata & A&S.
Good working knowledge of the Microsoft office is essential, particularly Excel.
Experience:
Knowledge on Sanctions will be helpful.
Any experience of dealing with Risks and Compliance related activities would be helpful.
Knowledge on Legal and Regulatory aspect will be added advantage.
Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt Training / Certification from reputed organization / institute will be an added advantage.
Mandatory Skills:
Insurance / Reinsurance.
Worked on Operation Excellence and Operation Development Program.
Worked with leads on business improvement.
Experience of min 6 to 10 years into insurance/ reinsurance.
