About the role:

As the Director of Sales for South Asia (B2B), you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the B2B sales team across South Asia to drive partnerships with educational institutions and corporate clients, ultimately contributing to revenue growth. This role involves developing sales strategies, setting targets, and ensuring the successful execution of sales initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the B2B sales team across South Asia (excluding Pakistan) to achieve partnership targets and revenue goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and market penetration in the B2B segment.
  • Set targets, monitor team performance, and provide coaching and support to ensure the successful execution of sales plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, corporate clients, and other potential partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.
  • Analyse market dynamics and customer needs to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements.
