  • Handling inquiries and providing solutions
  • Assessing right solution as per the situation and company protocol
  • Maintaining clients data report for payouts / escalations / queries
  • Meeting the aspiring clients
  • Analyzing good clients and follow ups
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing result and outputs
  • Generating new leads
  • Delivering revenue from existing and from new customers
