Job Description

Looking for atechnically savvy PreSales Consultant (Salesforce) with 5 to 10years of overall CRM PreSales experience out of which 3 years inSalesforce CRM platform.

The candidates should possess a proven track record ofaccomplishments in the areas of Requirement Scoping FunctionalAnalysis Technology Solution Design Effort & Cost EstimationProposal Preparation Client Presentations and Cross FunctionalCollaboration.

ThePresales Consultant coordinates technical presales activities andtransfers industry technical and product knowledge to customers viagood written verbal and presentation skills development of formalsales proposal in addition to assisting in all levels of technicalaccount planning.

Responsibilities

Provide answers to (technical)questions in a Request for Information(RFI) or a Request forProposal(RFP)

Identifygaps in business requirements analyze functional requirements mapwith technical deliverables develop questionnaire to elicit clarity& quality in requirements

Produce technofunctional proposals conceptual anddetailed and have strong sense of business acumen

Assists customer prospect and SalesRepresentative to build a compelling and competitive business caseand ROI

Develop andauthorize technical business solutions product presentations anddemonstrations

Supportsales opportunities with technical analysis and requirement scoping

Prepare estimationseffort and cost estimations to augment sales proposals Support atexternal and internal customer facing events as a technicalrepresentative to support business calls Build customdemonstrations and deliver Proof Of Concepts(POC)

Provide firstline technical supportfor software evaluations third party solutions or tools systemsintegration solutions and/or pilot projects

Actively participate in internalbusiness/sales team meetings and provide consultative support Buildtechnical relationship with delivery teams prospects or existingcustomers to support overall prospect/customer engagement

Assists with thequalification of the opportunities and/or identification of targetaccounts

Assists with thecreation of a sales cycle plan

Manages handover to the Services Functions (PostSalesSupport and Professional Services) for live project implementation

Skills &Experience :

Atleast 3 years of strong experience in providing presales support inSalesforce CRM platform

Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing CloudCommunities Chatter Salesforce1 and other Salesforce eco system

Minimum 3 Years ofdevelopment experience in any technology understand and reproducetechnical designs architecture diagrams solution landscapesrequirement mapping

Affinity to both technology and business with fluency in Englishcommunication (written/verbal) is essential

Strong ability to discuss and demonstratebusiness benefits and value to a customer of a technical solution.

Must be able to translatetechnical and business requirements into costefficient solutions

Excellent presentationand demonstration skills

Strong understanding and knowledge about Cloud Computing Cloudbased solutions and tools

Good working knowledge of databases technologies MS SQL ServerOracle My SQL etc.

Goodworking knowledge of web & mobile technologies HTML XMLSalesforce1

Goodunderstanding and knowledge of enterprise applications &technologies ERP CRM ECM EAI Social Media Document ManagementSystems Cloud Storage Systems Web Commerce Systems PortalsKnowledge Systems Collaboration systems

Exposure and understanding of any of thesystems SAP Siebel PeopleSoft Magento Oracle ERP

Other Desirable Skills (notmandatory but an added advantage)

Strong skills in data management includingdata capture warehousing segmentation mining storing cleansing andsecurity

Having SalesCloud/Service Cloud Consultant certification is an added advantage

Deep understanding andknowledge in webbased systems architecture SOA enterpriseapplication architecture

Project Management Knowledge Agile (Scrum) project methodologiesapart from Waterfall model

Deep understanding of B2B Integration EDI integrationsthird party integration of Salesforce with AppExchange Apps APIbased integration Service Oriented Architecture Single Sign On SOAPREST Protocols Web Services Security implementation etc.
