We're looking for a motivated and talented Developer Associate to support our critical development areas in the Product Centric PLM Foundation Team. This area focuses on public cloud product centric customers serving end to end solution catering to product data handling, integrating to CAD and 3rd party PLM systems, production preparation, and change management space. Our vision is to enable customers with seamless processes starting from product data to asset management while leveraging the most common intelligent technologies (AI/Gen AI).

What you'll do:

While coding will be your core task, in this role, you will:

  • Understand concepts, specifications and high-level design, product architecture and suggest improvements and changes wherever necessary
  • Implement design using appropriate technology, ensuring high quality through test-driven-development, peer reviews, manual and automated unit tests
  • Self-learn new technologies and apply those in the product development in an integrated fashion
  • Shall work with Architect very closely and support him in technical design or provide design concept to team in close collaboration with Architect
  • Ensure High quality standards of the product
  • Author/Contribute to detailed design specifications and lead reviews to conform to software development processes.

What you bring:

  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in professional software development, preferably within a scrum team
  • Very good software development skills in ABAP, CDS, UI5, Fiori, RAP, ODATA
  • Eager to write high quality code and are familiar with agile development methods
  • Passionate about applying your analytical skills to crack "hard nuts" and step out of your comfort zone if needed
  • Collaboration skills to work with others and sharing your knowledge and ideas
  • Desirous to take responsibility for organizing and developing yourself
  • Detailed knowledge of the PLM core processes is an added advantage
