Responsibilities:
Scheduling and calendar management for the Executive teamAdministrative support for day-to-day operations.
Organising meetings, events, and travel arrangements (hotel, flight, car rental, etc.) and co-ordinating expense reports.
Ad hoc tasks to meet project and initiative requirements.
Efficiently manage the executive team's schedules, ensure deadlines are met, and provide essential administrative support.
Good to Have:
Minimum 5 years of Executive or Personal Assistant experienceExperience in a startup environment is preferableExperience with a global workforce, communicating cross-culturally and cross-functionally is also preferableAbility to effectively communicate with senior leaders and stakeholdersDemonstrate a high level of discretion in handling confidential informationProactive and enthusiastic, with a can do attitudeExceptional organisational skillsPeople-centric with excellent interpersonal skillsHigh Emotional IntelligenceProfessional demeanour with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership teams
