Our client is a one of the leading companies in construction, real estate investment in Vietnam who is seeking an experienced candidate:
- Contribute to the formulation of Company strategy and ensure the effective translation of the overall strategic direction from the Board of Directors into actionable business plans.
- Carry out the instructions of the Board of Directors in an effective, efficient, and timely manner, thus adding value to the company's business.
- Develop high level relationships with strategic partners and government entities.
- Implement strategies for generating resources and revenues for the company to meet commitments to all stakeholders.
- Oversee business operations across the company to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
- Work towards extending the presence of products and services through strategic alliances
- Ensure the company's budgets and plans are implemented effectively through coordination with various department heads.
- Act as a great communicator and change agent, coordinating change efforts across the company while ensuring that concerned parties, including the board, customers, and staff, are rapidly informed of events that will have a major impact on the way that the business is managed.
- Give a direction to the process of culture building and re-enforcement, and actively support the HR function in establishing an appropriate, professional, and people-friendly culture and work environment within the company.
- Act as a key representative and spokesperson for the company in business forums and public meetings, positioning the company's image as a good corporate entity that practices effective corporate governance and generates value and wealth for Vietnam.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, finance, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of leadership and executive management experience in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, investment strategies, and development processes.
- Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results, lead change, and inspire teams to achieve goals.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and legal issues relevant to the real estate sector.
- Visionary mindset with the ability to anticipate future trends and opportunities in the market.

Requirements
