Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced CEO to lead our existing real estate development business vertical. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving in a CEO or Director-level position for at least 3 years, preferably based in Mumbai. This role involves leading our mixed-use large acre project Eastern Suburbs of Mumbai, and driving the future growth of our real estate vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

- P&L Management: Oversee the overall profit and loss of our real estate development business.

- Operational Efficiency: Streamline and optimize day-to-day operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

- Growth & Profitability: Drive growth and profitability for both existing and future real estate projects.

- Team Leadership: Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and integrity while leading and mentoring a team of sales, finance, and operations professionals.

- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with RERA, MIDC, Income Tax, GST, and Accounting Standards.

- Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.

- Vision & Strategy: Bring your vision, energy, passion, creativity, and sound business plan to lead the vertical into an exciting future.

Project Details:

- Location: Eastern Suburbs, Mumbai

- Size: Large acres of MIDC leasehold land

- Type: Mixed-use township (commercial, residential, industrial)

Minimum Requirements:

- Currently serving as CEO/Director level for at least 3 years, preferably from Mumbai.

- Aged between 45 to 55 years.

- Strong knowledge and experience with sales & marketing, GST, taxation, RERA, compliances, vendor management, and construction.

- Strong existing relationships with the broker network.

- Strategic vision and innovative thinking capacity.

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

- Very strong industry knowledge and business acumen.

- Extremely result-oriented.
