Vendor Management and IT Interface:
- Interface with the IT vendor, defining the scope of work for ongoing development of the EMSE platform, and ensuring timely delivery of enhancements and updates.
- Ability to fix small bugs in case of emergencies, ensuring uninterrupted platform functionality.
Team Leadership and Training:
- Lead and train the website staff of the Merchandising department, ensuring alignment with product goals and customer expectations.

- Analyze ongoing marketing campaigns, optimize strategies based on conversion rates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Competition Monitoring:
- Monitor competitors in the EMSE market, ensuring competitiveness and identifying opportunities for improvement and differentiation.
