We are currently seeking an organized and efficient HR and Admin Assistant (USA) to handle various tasks like recruitment support, staff development, admin duties, inventory management, overseeing office supplies, and serving as a personal assistant to the Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and updated employee and HR records
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for individuals
  • Support development of performance review processes and reward systems
  • Handle all annual leave and attendance records
  • Keep track of office supplies expenses
  • Coordinate and maintain the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and events
  • Draft and revise emails, letters, memos, and other documents
  • Arrange travel including flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all arrangements are in order
  • Maintain organized physical and electronic files
  • Manage confidential information with discretion

About the Job:

This role requires someone with at least 1 year of HR experience, familiar with general HR practices, employment laws, and legislation. The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR, business administration, or related field, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Location and Schedule:

  • Hyderabad, India (Hybrid)
  • Full-time position (Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week) between 9 AM and 5:30 PM
