As a
Sales Admin, you will serve as a point of contact supporting sales orders, sales opportunities, user provisioning and providing support for sales representatives.

You will have the ability to make an immediate impact supporting the sales team by improving processes and increasing efficiency.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work with the accounts team to process orders/ invoices.
  • Assist with processing auto renewals.
  • Manage users setup and data provisioning for both new business and renewals, assist with coordinating the onboarding process.
  • Supporting the sales process via setting trials, processing all user management requests.
  • Creating and maintaining sales records including spreadsheets, sales orders and databases.
  • Work with sales to update prospects and clients to correct Our Partner classification.
  • Checking and updating data accuracy with Salesforce.
  • Being a point of contact for the sales department.

Key Requirements For This Role

  • 3+ years of proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and respond quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
  • A team player with high level of dedication.
