Essential/ Key Duties and responsibilities

  • Project Coordination:

Coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, contractors, and other team members. Ensure effective collaboration between different departments within the organization to meet project objectives. Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure they are completed on schedule.

  • Project Planning:

Assist in developing project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are identified, assigned, and completed in a timely manner. Collaborate with project managers to establish budgetary constraints and resource requirements.

  • Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes. Prepare regular status reports and updates for project stakeholders.

Document and communicate any changes to project scope or requirements.

  • Performance Monitoring:

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the project and regularly assess performance against these metrics. Implement corrective actions as needed to address any deviations from project goals.

  • Troubleshooting and Debugging:

Identifying and resolving issues in PLC systems through effective troubleshooting and debugging techniques. Collaborating with maintenance teams for quick issue resolution.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with other departments (such as Mechanical, Civil, and IT) to ensure seamless integration of E&I systems with broader project requirements.

Participate in cross-functional teams for holistic project planning and execution.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, operators, and maintenance personnel, to ensure smooth operations and project execution.

  • Task Assignment:

Allocate tasks to team members based on their skills, expertise, and project requirements.

Clearly communicate responsibilities and expectations to team members.

  • Progress Tracking:

Implement systems to track and report project progress regularly.

Utilize project management tools to monitor key performance indicators and milestones.
