Overview:The FrontOffice Executive plays a crucial role in our organization as theyare the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Theyare responsible for creating a professional and welcomingenvironment and ensuring efficient office operations. This rolerequires exceptional communication and organizational skills aswell as the ability to multitaskeffectively.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Welcome and assistvisitors in a professional and friendlymanner
  • Manage incoming calls and redirect themappropriately
  • Maintain and update appointmentcalendars
  • Handle office correspondence andcommunication
  • Manage office supplies andequipment
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy andpresentable
  • Provide basic and accurateinformation inperson and via phone/email
  • Assistin organizing and coordinating office events andmeetings
  • Perform basic bookkeeping andrecordkeeping tasks
  • Manage and distributeincoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist in travelarrangements for employees
  • Supportadministrative tasks as needed
  • Handle customerinquiries and provide information aboutproducts/services
  • Collaborate with otherdepartments to ensure overall customersatisfaction
  • Contribute to a positive andprofessional workenvironment
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration or relevantfield
  • Proven work experience as a Front OfficeExecutive or similar role
  • Strong knowledge ofoffice management and basic accountingprinciples
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Officesuite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonalabilities
  • Outstanding organizational andmultitasking skills
  • Ability to remain calmunder pressure
  • Customer serviceoriented with apositive attitude
  • Familiarity with officemachines (e.g. printers scanners)
  • Attention todetail and problemsolving skills
  • Professionalappearance and demeanor
  • Ability to handlemultiple priorities and adapt tochange
  • Knowledge of basic ITtroubleshooting
  • Experience with administrativeand clerical procedures
  • Flexibility to work inshifts if required
