Inviting applications for Senior Associate-IB Data Migration Analyst

We are looking for an experienced IB Data Migration Analyst to join our team, who would be responsible for interpreting/analyzing, cleansing, and migrating historical IB datasets from legacy CRM's to ServiceMax.

The Candidate should have at least years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lease with business stakeholders to identify, locate and map the relevant IB source data.
  • Create ServiceMax IB Data Load Templates (DLT) and check accuracy of the data that has been inputted.
  • Resolve discrepancies in IB data and obtain further information for incomplete records.
  • Maintain and update documentation of the processes, such as process maps, procedures, and policies.
  • Identify lead missing item from data extracted from source Siebel & MUST
Minimum Qualifications

  • Any graduate
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Fundamental, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • A track record of following through on commitments.

  • Should be comfortable with 24*7 shift timings (Including weekend when required)
