THIS JOB SUMMARY

WITHIN YOUR ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Form close relationships with hiring managers, HRBP and TA Lead to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
  • Partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn, naukri and other professional networks, devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants.
  • Management of ATS.
  • Management of Employee Referrals on ATS.
  • Should be able to support TA Lead in Dashboard management.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO IS:

  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS WILL INCLUDE:

  • 5 + years of experience in relevant Industry, must have worked in MNC.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field
  • Good Analytical skills, BI Tools.
